While we'd like to say that our launches are flawless, sometimes we do run into hiccups. One of these hiccups might be that you did not receive an email with your login credentials upon completing your transaction.
Once your purchase is finalized you will receive an automated Welcome Message that includes your login credentials and a link to access the software as a ReviewTrust member. Before reaching out to our support team, please make sure that this link was not sent to a different email of yours. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
If this email still cannot be found, please email our Support Team with the subject title 'I Did Not Receive My Login'.
Please also include the payment ID provided with each purchase (from the JVZoo receipt you received via email) & we will be happy to further assist you!
If you've received your login credentials but still can't seem to access your ReviewTrust account, here are a few tips that usually help our members when they encounter this issue:
- You log in at http://reviewtrust.com/- not anywhere else!
- Both your username and password are case sensitive
Should you find that you are still having trouble, it might be due to an internal error. Please contact our Support team.
Please Note: The JVZoo email you received after completing your investment is simply a payment confirmation. Your Review Trust information and credentials are found in our Welcome Email.
Changing Your Password
ReviewTrust members are easily able to update their own password.
To do so, login and navigate to, "Your Account" in the left hand sidebar.
Afterwards, simply enter in the updated password into both fields and select, "Update Account" to save the changes.
